Castle Mall Norwich hosts Feel Body Beautiful Roadshow 27th April

On Wednesday 27th of April the Castle Mall, Norwich will be hosting a Feel Body Beautiful Roadshow with Eva George, Author of Size HH – a practical guide for women to make the most of their figure without dieting or extreme exercise. This event runs from 10am to 2pm and will also be raising money for national charity BODY which strives to cure those with body disorders.

As part of the Feel Body Beautiful Roadshow there will be a number of fun, free activities for shoppers to enjoy, including mini makeovers from Boots No7 and pampering from Charisma Beauty & Nails. The Size HH team will be on hand to answer questions, share celeb style posture secrets, give tips on dressing to flatter your figure with clothes and accessories from New Look and offer advice for improving the way we think about our bodies. The author Eva George will also be doing her first book signing in celebration of the paperback launch.

Size HH means to be size happy and healthy and it’s already been making an impact since the ebook release at the end of 2015. The book is primarily focused on health rather than weight-loss and focuses on the 4 key areas needed to become Size Happy & Healthy; the mind, lifestyle, nutrition and exercise, plus how to make life-long healthier habit changes. It has been written in a funny, accessible and honest style with even the busiest or least motivated people in mind and encourages achievable, sustainable results. The book will be on sale at the event for a special release price of £5 and you can find out more information about it by visiting the website www.sizehh.com

BODY is a national charitable organisation that actively celebrates individuality and strives to cure those with body disorders such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). BDD is a disorder that makes sufferers believe that one’s own appearance is unusually defective or “ugly” and should be hidden or fixed. It’s referred to as ‘imagined ugliness’, where someone becomes so hung up over their body image that it starts to have a negative effect on their entire life. It can range from continual extreme thoughts about corrective surgery, to eating disorders and mental health disorders such as manic depression. BODY believes in ‘Being One Distinguished You’ because we are ALL unique and we are ALL beautiful. They will also be on hand throughout the event to offer advice on dealing with BDD and eating disorders, give body positive tips, as well as raising funds and awareness for their important work.
