Time for a spring clean? This is a traditional time to clean your home, but why not try a marketing spring clean? Check that all your materials are up to scratch, have the right contact details and prices and have a consistent corporate identity. Think of all your flyers, brochures and ads as working together with your website and ensure they are all consistent and all high quality. Also, try to test that the offers and messages are working well for you and don't be afraid to ditch any that aren't. Become a great networker We believe very strongly that networking is an essential tool in the armour of every small business, so don't let nerves or inexperience stop you joining in. Everyone is really friendly and will help you to get started and by following a few simple tips you'll do great. A few really important ones are; don't forget your cards, give a strong confident handshake, listen, try to help others and always follow up with people you have met after the meeting.
