We’re inviting journalists who are attending A Place in the Sun Birmingham to visit B60 to interview the team from My Lawyer in Spain.

Alex is also available as a source of information on Spanish law, particularly in relation to British expats and property owners and would happy to answer questions or be interviewed in the future for any stories you might be covering.
If you have any questions or would like to speak to Alex or the team, before, during or after the event I’d be delighted to make that happen. Please email info@shawmarketingservices.com to arrange an interview.
Initial Quote from Alex
“We’re delighted to be back at A Place in the Sun Live to answer people’s legal questions and put their minds at ease about the legal aspects of purchasing property and moving to Spain”, states Alex Radford from My Lawyer in Spain.
“There’s a lot of concern and worry about the situation post Brexit in terms of visa and residency rules, healthcare and driving licences and the tax implications of becoming a Spanish resident. The end of the Golden Visa, anti-tourism protests and the proposal for 100% property tax have all made people fear that they can’t move to Spain anymore, which really isn’t the case.
Yes, there are more hoops to jump through since Brexit, and some new legislations in place around holiday rentals, but with the right information and support, Brits can still move here and own property here. Our time at the show will be spent offering actionable advice, telling visitors the facts behind the headlines and explaining the steps they need to take to make their dream of a place in the sun a reality. We invite anyone to come down and ask us their questions, or to arrange a one-to-one meeting with us.”
