A busy week of networking ahead!
I am a firm believer in the power of networking and would always recommend that networking is one of your key marketing tools.
This week there are 4 networking meetings that I’ve heard of and I’ll be going along to most of them. If you want to start marketing your business effectively, why don’t you come along too? It can be a little scary sometimes, but it’s a great way to build awareness of your business, build trust and make professional and personal contacts.
1. 4B Networking lunch Wednesday – 2nd June 2010 at the Selenza Hotel, Estepona. N-340 km 165 Cancelada Cambio de Sentido, 29680 Estepona. 2. Tweet-up Elviria, Wednesday 2nd June from 6.30pm – I’ve mentioned this one before, but I think it should be a good one! Whether you tweet a little or a lot, tweet for business or pleasure, TweetMarbella is an excellent opportunity to put a face to that tweet or make new contacts. 3. Informal Networking Deja-Vu – Centro Comercial Elviria on Thursday 3rd June 2010,from 18:30 till whenever. This is a friendly, informal group who used to meet at the Black Cat in Calahonda and now do a monthly meeting in Elviria. They are sponsored by Caser so you even get a free drink and a tapas! 4. Women in Business lunch – Friday, 4 June, Arrivals 12:30pm, 1.00pm start, Location EL CAMPANARIO, Ctra. Cadiz N340, km 168. Urb. This women’s networking group meets once a month for lunch and is a great place to make business contacts, meet new people and form a strong, supportive network in the area.
I am on the committee for this group and we’re improving things all the time. I know people think it’s just ladies that lunch, but I can assure you it’s a lot more than that, so I’d suggest you come along and give it a go.
