Kempinski Hotel Bahia plans for a special Christmas and New Year Season
With the Christmas and New Year holidays fast approaching, Kempinski Hotel Bahía has revealed details of the exclusive events & celebrations that are set to take place in its 2018 Festive Season program.
Running from December 1st to January 6th the redesigned hotel will be beautifully decorated to become a Holiday HQ for all. A range of activities will allow guests to disconnect from their day-to-day and combine the mild climate and tranquillity of the Costa del Sol, with a packed Christmas programme of activities.
From the magical tree lighting in its redesigned lobby, to elegant dinners with Christmas carols, guests will experience a festive season full of atmosphere, rest and relaxation in one of Spain’s best hotels.
The Festive Season at Kempinski Hotel Bahia starts with the Christmas Market on the 1st and 2nd of December, where guests can enjoy the switching on of the Christmas tree lights, along with live music, do some shopping or simply enjoy wonderful food and wines, while getting into the Christmas spirit.
From the 3rd of December, there will be a daily Christmas Afternoon Tea from 3pm in the redesigned lobby of the hotel, packed with festive treats.
On December 21st and 22nd the hotel has prepared two great days of entertainment, including Jazz and Gospel acts in its restaurant outlets and as well as in its trendy lobby.
On the magical night of December 24th the hotel once again hosts its famous Christmas Eve Gala Dinner. An incredible experience that starts at 7:30 pm with a champagne reception with Christmas carols and continues with dinner and entertainment. From 11pm, traditional hot chocolate, mulled wine and Spanish treats are served around the Christmas tree and Father Christmas will visit at midnight with gifts for young and old. Prices start from EUR 180 per person.
On December 25th Kempinski Hotel Bahia celebrates in style with a choice of two wonderful Christmas Lunches. At El Mirador, guests can feast on an indulgent buffet with a range of meats, seafood and Christmas treats from around the world, whilst enjoying unlimited champagne and live entertainment. At Baltazar Bar & Grill there will be a Grand Christmas Day Lunch with a bespoke menu which will have you rocking around the Christmas Tree. Buffet prices start from EUR 145 per person and under 8s eat free. The hotel’s youngest guests will be kept busy and entertained with a range of festive activities throughout the day.
On December 31st guests can bring in the New Year with live music, sumptuous food and fine wine. Paying tribute to the 1st anniversary of the Kempinski La Habana the theme “Habana Habana” will bring the warmth of the Caribbean to the Costa del Sol, delighting guests with an incredible menu and exotic cocktails and cigars. This New Year guests have two different options to choose from, a 6-course extravaganza at Black Rose, or a 4-course menu in Baltazar Bar & Grill. Both include drinks throughout the night, live music and entertainment, as well as snacks in the early hours. Tickets are 380€ and 280€ respectively, with children under 6 free. Children between 6 and 12 can either enjoy a special children’s party, or be at the table with parents. The Kempinski Hotel Bahía is famous for its incredible New Year’s Eve parties and the Cuban theme promises “una noche increible” and the perfect way to welcome the New Year.
