Looking forward to Tuk Tuk visit
Just booked to go along to Tuk Tuk in Aloha Gardens and they have sent me through the menu which is making my mouth water. The problem is going to be choosing what to have I think, as everything looks delicious.
I think a good Thai Chef can be measured by their soups so the Tom kha gai (chicken or shrimp hot soup with coconut milk, lemongrass and Kafir lime leaves) must be the starter, but what to have for main?
Lamb chops on sweet potato with Chinese spices sounds very fusion, and the Thai sea bass with spicy Thai sauce also sounds amazing, but then there’s Teriyaki salmon which is a firm favourite hmmmm – any suggestions?
