Today D-Wine in Marbella opens its doors to celebrate the experience of enjoying Spain’s best wines. Combining a wine shop, restaurant and lounge under one roof, the business has been built on a passion for wine and food and a wish to share the joy of drinking the finest wines at the peak of their perfection.
There are over 3,000 wines for sale in the shop, which have been selected in association with world renowned wine critics José Peñin and Robert Parker and rank over 90 out of 100 on the Parker scale. As well as an extensive selection of Spanish wines, there are some of the best international wines from France, Italy and beyond, including compelling wines from less familiar regions and appellations. In addition, there are opportunities for vertical tastings, of different vintages from the same producer, to experience just how unique every year can be.

Formerly Camuri, this large restaurant, bar and lounge is located next to Aldi along the Golden Mile with easy parking and an interesting, international menu which is well presented and amazingly well priced considering the lovely setting and great service. After holding an event here in their gorgeous internal patio, we decided to give the menu a try and we were delighted we had. Here’s how it stacks up.
The location– Milla de Oro Km.176 29600 Marbella, Málaga. This is a great location, on the way from Marbella to Puerto Banus, next to Aldi and opposite Coral Beach Hotel. It’s well sign-posted, but the exit can sneak up on you, so look out!
The food– The food was a real surprise with a mix of Japanese/Asian dishes and Mediterranean classics, plus snacks and International favourites.
