Tucked away in Hotel Puente Romanoโs lush tropical gardens is Roberto Ristorante, a fine dining establishment with some of the most delicious Mediterranean food I have ever tasted. Not only is the food exquisite, but the location is unsurpassed, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from their huge terrace and glass fronted dining room and the service is first rate.
